Returns & Replacements Policy
At Agganya Pure Foods (APF), customer satisfaction is our top priority. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, in the following specific situations, we are happy to work with our patrons to find a fair and amicable resolution:
1. Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to replace the affected product. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@agganyapurefoods.com with the following details:

One image of the outer box

Two clear images of the damaged product

Unboxing video clearly showing the damage
⚠️ In case of multiple item shipments, only the damaged item will be replaced.
Once verified, we will dispatch the replacement within 7 to 10 working days. Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and provide full support throughout the process.
2. Missing Product
If any product is missing from your order, please inform us via email within 2 days of delivery at info@agganyapurefoods.com. Your email must include:

One image of the outer box

Two clear images showing the contents of the opened package

Unboxing video clearly showing all received items
🔁 While refund requests are not accepted, we will promptly re-send the missing product upon verification.
Expect a response within 24–48 hours with complete assistance.
3. Spoiled Product
In case you receive a spoiled product, kindly notify us within 2 days of delivery via email at info@agganyapurefoods.com with the following:

Date of packaging / Date of manufacture (as shown on product)

Clear images or video showing the issue
🌿 Please note: As our products are 100% natural and largely handmade, variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are expected and not considered defects. These do not qualify for return or replacement.
